Who we are. This website, ralphycreative.co.uk, is operated by RalphyCreative Agency Ltd ("Ralphy Creative", "we"), registered in England & Wales, company no. 15270485, registered office 483 Green Lanes, London N13 4BS. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect. This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us — by email, or through the contact form (your name, email address and message).

How we use it. We use the information you send solely to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to carry out the work you've asked for. We do not sell personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.

The contact form. Submissions from the contact form are processed by our own web server and emailed directly to our inbox — no third-party form service is involved. If you'd rather not use the form, email us directly at [email protected].

How long we keep it. Enquiry emails are kept for as long as is useful to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. Client work and the records that go with it are kept for as long as we're legally required to hold them (for example, for accounting purposes).

Photography and film. Where we're commissioned to photograph or film an event, the images we produce are handled under the terms agreed with the client who booked us, not under this website policy.

Your rights. Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) you have rights over your personal information, including the right to ask for a copy of it, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes. If we change how this site handles personal information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
